Product: HSTND-9821-A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HSTND-9821-A 32" monitor (Product number:2FW77AA).  I'm trying to access the menu to change some settings, but the only menu item I can access is to change the input between HDMI and VGA.  No other options come up.  According to the manual I found online, I should have a whole host of options, but I don't.  I'm hitting the right buttons, I just simply don't have the options.  Does anyone know why?  I'm stumped.
