Product: Hp 802T7EC

I bought an HP 802T7EC computer and installed it. I also want to use a dual monitor computer, although there are no problems with the HDMI cable and the DP cable, I couldn't connect it in any way. The computer does not detect the cable connection.

 I tried it on 3 computers of the same brand, they all have the same problem.  Cable and 2. There are no problems with the monitor
