HELP!!

I have had my computer a couple years now. My touch screen has always worked. 

The last few weeks I noticed it not working. I did research, looked everywhere.  Directions to find the Touch Program. Uninstall it and reinstall it. Problem is it is NOT there listed anymore. WHATTTTTT happened and where did it go?.

Ugh .. frustrated trying to troubleshoot this!
