  • What you were doing & experienced

I was on a Zoom call, looking at the video settings and I saw the screen fidgeting. The words were shaking too, going in and out of shape. I thought it was just Zoom but I went to Microsoft Word and it was the same, even on the home screen. even the app icons are shaggy/fidgety.

  • Any error messages & details

I didn't get any errors, and I even ran a fast system test to no avail.

updated to Windows 11 pro 22h2 on 2/‎10/‎2023

It's still happening, I don't know what's wrong. Other laptop issues include the speaker which has had problems since I got it in 2021. The speaker sometimes (often) makes sounds from the side. I can't really explain the sound but it's an extra sound different from what's playing, like zzzzz, and the volume could be on 60 and still makes the zzzz sound.  I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO. its touchscreen and the touchscreen still works.
