I am trying to connect a TV receiver to my HDMI input, but do not see any way to enable it, any suggestions?

@TCor

I can't find the specs of your machine but a similar one which has

     hdmi in.png

Please check your machine, does it have a button (location 5 of the first image) and HDMI in port (location 8 on the second image)? If yes, you can use that button to tell your system which HDMI port (in or out) you want to use.

Regards.

I do have an HDMI in port, but the only button on the bottom is the power button, cannot find a HDMI source button.

I actually found a small button by the HDMI port, it changes to game mode and it does give me a picture. I am using a directv receiver trying to display on computer, but do not get sound.
