Welcome to the forum.  There are numerous models of the ProDesk 400    

HP ProDesk 400 mini

HP ProDesk 400 G1

HP ProDesk 400 G2

HP ProDesk 400 G3

HP ProDesk 400 G4

HP ProDesk 400 G5

There happens to be at least two different models of the HP ProDesk 400 G1,  but both the HP ProDesk 400 G1 SSF and HP ProDesk 400 G1MT  list this on the spec page

Display output
Up to 2 displays in the following configurations
  • Displayport output:
    • Drives two DisplayPort enabled digital display at resolutions up to 2560 × 1600 at 60 Hz with reduced blanking, when connected natively using the 2 DisplayPort connectors on the NVS 310 graphics card
    • Supports 2 monitors up to resolution of 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz with reduced blanking using DisplayPort Multi-Stream topology technology.
  • DVI-D output:
    • Drives two digital display at resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz with reduced blanking using DisplayPort to DVI-D single-link cable adaptors
    • Drives two digital display at resolutions up to 2560× 1600 at 60 Hz with reduced blanking using DisplayPort to DVI-D duallink cable adaptors
  • HDMI output: NVS 310 is capable of driving two high definition (HD) panels up to resolutions of 1920 × 1080P at 60 Hz using DisplayPort to HDMI cable adaptors
  • VGA display output: Drives two analog display at resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz using DisplayPort to VGA cable adaptors
