How do I take off the back cover off so I can see what’s wrong with the camer

the seam up top seems to have popped out and the camera is no longer working. I’m trying to open the back to see what is wrong but I cannot turn the screws. Whenever I do it just makes a clicking noise

It is not your exact model, but the process will most likely be the same.  You will see that the screws don't actually come out.  When you turn them they release the bottom of the case.
