I would like to connect a 2nd monitor to my HP Envy 27-B214 All in One. I already have one secondary monitor (HP Envy 27 UHD 4K) connected via the HDMI output port on the back. I have several USB 3's available on the back and a Thunderbolt 3 on the side.
Can I connect a second HP Envy 27 monitor to the Thunderbolt 3 or do I neeed to get a USB 3.0 to HDMI Adapter with 2560x1440 capability? I hve the current secondary monitor set to 2560x1440 so that the images is the same as the AIO monitor.
Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Hi @Panhead57
What are the ports that you have got on your 2nd monitor?
The 4th port is the Thunderbolt (TM) 3. The Thunderbolt port is compatible with Mini DisplayPort, enabling you to connect to native DisplayPort devices.

You can connect from USB C to USB C without any adapter. Use a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect directly to a USB-C port on a monitor

So, just to confirm, I can connect monitors as follows:
Monitor 1 - "HDMI OUT" port on PC to "HDMI IN" port on Monitor
Monitor 2 - "Thunderbolt 3" port on PC to "USB C" port on Monitor
And I can then use expand feature for all 3 monitors (PC monitor + 2 secondary monitors)

That's right and you should be able to perform the expand functions too.
Thanks!
