HP Recommended

I have a similar question to that raised in 2020 as I want to connect my MacBook Air Retina/2020 to an HP elite Display E273 monitor with camera and video to use for Teams and Zoom calls, and screen mirroring with my Mac.

 

I have seen the response given that seems to have worked but wondered if someone is able to simplify it a little bit more for me as I have not been able to follow. I don't know if I need to order any additional cables or adapters to enable this to work and connect the two together and make them work.
