ZR24w Monitor
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The user manual for the ZR24w says (pg. 37):

"...you may need to readjust the parameters of the monitor screen by using the on-screen display. Your changes can be made to any or all of [the factory preset modes] and saved in memory. The monitor automatically stores the new setting, then recognizes the new mode just as it does a preset mode. In addition to the factory preset modes, there are fifteen to twenty user modes, depending on the model, that can be entered and stored."

But the manual says nothing else about this topic. I'll be darned if I can figure out how to do what this paragraph says I can do. In particular, I see nothing in the OSD about user modes. Can somebody tell me how to use this feature?

(Ultimately, I'm trying to get this monitor to display properly under MS-DOS, which currently yields only a "signal out of range" message. I thought perhaps I could create a user-defined mode to handle the DOS video signal.)

P.S. I have no idea if I'm posting in the correct forum. The choices offered don't include "Monitor support", which I guess tells me how likely I am to get help with this question. 🙂
