HP ProOne 400 G6 24 All-in-One PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my brand new HP ProOne 400 G6 24 All-in-One PC, i am getting a continuous scrolling and blinking OSD. How to turn it off. I have tried display reset by

  • Power off the monitor.
  • Disconnect the power cable and display cable from the monitor.
  • Press and hold the monitor power button for 60 seconds and then release it.

Still the scrolling and blinking OSD remains. Then I pressed the OSD Menu button for around 30 seconds. Now the OSD menu disappeared but again the continuous scrolling and blinking OSD returns and is covering the bottom right screen quadrant.

The Windows Mouse does not work on the OSD and neither there is any option to disable it from Bios. I have run the HP UEFI diagnostics, but it does not report anything regarding OSD. Is there any utility to disable OSD through windows/ Bios.?

Please help.

HP please help urgently, as the continuous blinking OSD is blocking the bottom right quadrant of my screen and I am unable to work and every window i have to resize and drag to continue my work.  I am uploading the OSD covering my monitor screen.
