Hello I was wondering if someone could show me or tell me how to disassemble HP 2311x so I could clean the inside.....

So I check if my HP P7-1247 c and HP 2311x see if still working, it worked 3 times then this popped up I don't know if this is a crash or something Help Please ...???

That looks like a problem with the video board or graphics cpu.

 

If you unplug the video cable and press the monitor's menu button is the text of the menu scrambled?  If the text is good that shows the graphics in the computer is bad -OR- the resolution is not correct.  

 

Resolution of 800x600 is default that works on just about all monitors.
