Product: HP 24mh 23.8-inch Display
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My HP 24mh 23.8-inch Display (Flat Panel Monitor) has colored screens(Red, Green, Blue) flashing. How can I do a factory reset if the buttons don't trigger a menu shown? If a factory reset won't fix the problem, what other steps should I take?
