How to fix water behind screen

Hello. I have an HP spectre x360 laptop - 15 - eb0043dx. I recently got water under my screen. I have shut the laptop off but was wondering how to fix/repair the screen? Thanks

it's quite imprecise.
Is there water just a little, a lot, nowhere else than the screen!?
I strongly advise you not to reconnect it, if possible remove the battery, and contact a professional, who will know what to do exactly..
There are solutions, but it will all depend on the damage!
