Dear HP support team,
I have a HP Z24n G2 dispaly. The display itself works perfrectly fine. However, I have not yet figured out, how to use the USB-Hub on the display. If I connect the USB-A side of the shipped USB-A/USB-C cabel to the computer and the USB-C side to the rear-side USB-C port, there is no signal on the USB-A ports of the dispaly. How do I need to connect the cabel? Do I need a different cable?
Thanks for your help!
Best,
Benedikt

Ther are up/down stream ports. Please use User Guides on the following link

Regards.

Thanks, banhien for the hint. I'm aware of that and already read through the user guide. I plugged the cable on the rear USB-C port as mentioned in the manual, not the USB-C port on the left.
Any other suggestions why it does not work? Do I have to activate the ports in the display's menu?
Thanks,
Benedikt

Have a good weekend.
After watching a FIFA match and having breakfast - still cold and dark outside. I may go back to bed now.
Regards.
