My Hp 2011x monitor is not displaying i was trying out a new power cable and now its not showing any led light can someone help solve the issue

@Stately -- generally, you need a "TV Repair Technician" to trouble-shoot such problems -- there are no "user-replaceable" components, unlike swapping-out a flat automobile tire.  

 

Do you have a MultMeter that you can use to test the Voltage & Amperage being produced by that "charger" unit, to see if the values match the specifications printed on the label on the "charger" ?
