Hi @Krishna12345,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP All-In-One desktop is displaying a black area on the screen, but the system itself is functioning normally. Here are a few steps you can try to rectify this issue.

  • Check for Loose Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting the monitor to the CPU are securely plugged in. Sometimes loose connections can cause display issues.
  • Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can sometimes cause display problems. Update your graphics drivers to the latest version available from HP's support website.
  • Adjust Display Settings: Check the display settings on your computer. Sometimes incorrect resolution settings or refresh rates can cause display anomalies. Adjust these settings to see if it resolves the issue.
  • Run Hardware Diagnostics: HP computers often have built-in hardware diagnostic tools. You can run these diagnostics to check if there are any hardware issues affecting the display.
  • Check for Physical Damage: Inspect the screen for any physical damage or cracks. Damage to the screen itself could cause irregularities in display output.
  • Reset Display Settings: If adjusting settings doesn't help, try resetting the display settings to default. This can often resolve software-related display issues.

If none of these steps resolve the problem, it could indicate a more serious hardware issue with the screen or graphics hardware.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
