Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, im having issues with my monitor, screen is kinda blurry with 1920x1080 witch is native for this monitor, also games feels so delayd with this monitor, displaying so choppy image. have tried other monitor and without issues. so its not hardware. i also cant change image scaling option from monitor because its greyd out i dont know why. have tried hdmi cable and currently using displayport cable, tried different cables but none of these steps not working. it just feels like there is huge input delay or something. i have set 240hz from windows settings also checked its running in both windows and nvidia control panel. and its all 240hz, but it feels like im playuing with 60 hz ..
