@Zzzzzzzzzz1

Its specs

       https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06433771

It has

  1. Intel® Core™ i9-9880H (2.3 GHz base frequency, up to 4.8 GHz base with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 16 MB cache, 8 cores)
  2. NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2080 (8 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
  3. Windows 10 Home 64

Therefore its System board is: L59778-601 as mentioned on page 49 of the following Maintenance and Service Guide:

               http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06367528.pdf

You can't buy motherboard alone, you have to buy the whole new system board which contains all 3 integrated components above, that why it is expensive

Regards.

Are you able to use an external display?

Also, try CTRL-ALT-DEL while at the black screen.  There are a lot of Windows or driver issues that can give you a black screen.  Do you see the HP logo on boot and then it goes black or is it always completely black?

HP Recommended

No completely black
