Pavillion 2in1 x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp pavillion 2in1 x360 14m-cd0001dx. For some reason it wont respond to my pen anymore. It still connects via bluetooth but when I try to use it nothing happens. I took it to the best buy I bought it from and they did all the updates and everything and they still couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. They said it had to be a software issue but they didn't know what. They said they would have to keep it a few days and figure it out but that would cost me $200. No thank you. They said they would have to fully reset the computer and reinstall the soft ware. I believe I already did this with the f11 reset thing, but I don't know Im not very tech savvy. Does anyone know how to fully reset my laptop or have any other solution? The laptop cost me $800 and I bought it to draw with so it's kinda heart breaking that it doesn't work anymore and I've only had it for a year. If I cant fix this without spending $200 does anyone know a good drawing tablet/laptop under that price?
