I believe this is a warranty problem

Check warranty here

Either the keyboard was improperly mounted or the screen is overheating and expanding.

If not in warranty

How do I stop my keyboard from marking my screen?

What is an inexpensive way to prevent keyboard marks on a laptop's screen? Try insert a sheet of clean thin cotton cloth between the screen and keys when you close the laptop.

Ideas on how clean

if in warranty
