Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 (4U8D7AV)

I cannot select anything right now on my laptop and I don't know what to do. I'm still in the process of installing the device and I must decide whether I want my location to remain unknown or become known. However, I cannot pick either one of these options right now. What should I do?
