I can't get touch and display of HP 7 voice tab

I see from your post that you're having issues related to your HP 7 Voicetab. No worries, I'll be glad to help you.

I would suggest here is to perform a Hard reboot on your HP tablet: A hard reboot can resolve many startup issues. Press and hold the power button for more than eight seconds. After the tablet fully shuts down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button to turn on the tablet.

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you follow the steps suggested in the support document to perform a factory reset on your tablet.
