It won't let me turn on the crosshair on my monitor

Welcome to HP Support Community. 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing crosshair issues.

 

  • Go to Mouse Settings.
  • Open Additional Mouse Options
  • Choose the Pointer and choose a design for crosshair
  • Click Apply and Select Ok.

In this way, you can turn on the monitor Crosshair in Windows 10. So, now your monitor’s cursor will look like a crosshair.
