Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, 

It looks something is wrong with my webcam. When I was trying to set up windows hello face, it gave me below information:

" Sorry, something went wrong

Could not turn on the cameras, make sure it is working properly"

 

Please advise.

It only has normal webcam. You need a 3D/IR webcam to be able to use Windows Hello Facial Recognition

It used to work very well, just stopped working recently. Not sure about the reason.
