Your machine could be one of the following over 50 machines

Its motherboard: Weaver
Which only has
Back I/O ports
- (1) RJ-45 Ethernet port
- (1) HDMI 1.4 port (which is an OUT port)
- (1) Power input port
- (1) Headphone/microphone combo jack
- (2) USB 2.0 Type-A ports
- (2) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports (5 Gbps data transfer)
You can NOT connect 2 out ports together. Simple answer: No you can NOT connect your PS4 to your computer.
