I have a HP LCD monitor which fell down from the front side and stopped working, can it be repaired

can it be repaired........? certainly but at what cost?

 

due to the low cost of new LCD monitors it is not cost effective to repair most consumer LCD monitors as the labor and parts can easily match the retail price or exceed it

 

if you can't afford a new monitor then consider a factory refurb one or a discontinued model, both usually have noticeable  price discounts

 

there is also the used monitor markets such as amazon or eBay
