you probably won't be able to do anything about it, there is very often a border
The screen looks bigger, but the viewable part is slightly smaller
Does the display look like this?

It has 1920 x 1080 (or FHD) screen, it should cover the whole screen. Which software or app do you use ? Software or app may change its ratio and/or resolution. If on internet, please hold down Ctl key then press plus (+) sign few times.
