Looks like you have two options:

 

HP PartSurfer

 

The power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter is sold separately.

 

You may want to do a search by either power adapter part number and see if you can find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter that referenced the HP part number.  Those usually come with the power cords included.
