So my friend gave me this monitor its a 27inch monitor but he lost the power adapter and im not sure which adapter to buy it has the pin inside of the little hole and i cant seem to find the adapter for it anywhere

Hi:

 

There are dozens of HP 27" monitors.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to find the product number of the monitor, enter it in the partsurfer website at the link below and it may have the part number for the power adapter.
