I need to know the height between the bottom of the base of the monitor to the top of the monitor in an HP pavilion 27 inch monitor

Which one ? HP has MANY different 27" monitors and many of them have adjustable stands

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.

@Jim352 -- nice picture of your monitor at: HP Pavilion 27xw 27-in IPS LED Backlit Monitor : Amazon.ca: Electronics

If you can do a little mathematics, and knowing that it has a 16:9 width/height ratio, and 27" on the diagonal, you can use sine/cosine/tangent functions, and the web-site:

 https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c03618446  which lists the measurements,

can you calculate the height of the bottom-edge of the monitor above the bottom of its pedestal?
