Hi @AudazLo

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Did you checked connecting different monitor to the same computer ?

Please try these steps:

No image on the screen, or the screen is blank

If the computer screen remains black or blank, and there are no error messages on the screen, you must determine if this blank screen is caused by a problem with the display  or a problem starting the computer.

Blank screen

To test for a defective display panel, use the following steps:

Connect the computer to an external monitor with a DisplayPort or HDMI connector cable.

Connect AC power to the computer and the external monitor.

Press the power button on the computer, and then press the power button on the external monitor.

If an image is displayed on the external monitor but not on the computer, download and install the latest BIOS, the latest graphics driver, and the latest CPU chipset. For more information, see HP PCs - Downloading or updating software and drivers.

If there is no image on either the computer or the external monitor, and the computer does not start correctly, there is a startup problem. See HP Notebook PCs - Computer starts but the screen remains blank (Windows 11, 10).

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
