Product: HP All-in-One 20
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've seen videos where they connect the HMi cables and they press an "HDMI in" button, but my computer doesn't seem to have that button. I don't know how to set up my computer so that I can use my console. Can you guys please help me out?

What is your HP AIO 20 ?  Not all AIO computers have HDMI in port. Only machines which has HDMI port have the button. By the way, what is your machine ? Please check its label at the back.
