Camera error
Device manager
Hi, the inbuilt webcam in my HP monitor has not been working since the day I bought the monitor. I have connected the computer with a monitor using USB cable 2.0 Type-A - Type B to activate the camera but it doesn't work. Tried troubleshooting by using the device manager but it doesn't list the camera and doesn't even show up under Imaging Device. I am not even able to Add a Camera manually as I don't have the manufacturer's installation disk.
Have attached the error that I see when I use the camera app in windows 10 and also the screenshot of the device manager which doesn't show up.
Appreciate if you could help in resolving the issue
