Product: HP X27c FHD Gaming Monitor

Hello, when I set the Response Time (Level 4 (fastest) in the monitor settings, I get some strange flickering, similar to the glitch effect in games and videos, when I set the Response Time to 1, everything normalizes. Please tell me what could be the problem?

You may experience heavy ghosting with fastest. Find the middle ground where you don’t see ghosting.

what is the connection, sorry, I did not understand ?
there is issue of problem with laptop and microphone
