Product: HP 19ka Monitor

My monitor is fine as I checked by connecting it to another cpu. I'm getting this problem and don't know what to do. Please help!!!

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Since the monitor works fine with other CPU, the issue must be with the computer

 

Please provide me with the Computer model or the product number
