Good afternoon. I am writing to you with my problem, which I have not been able to solve for several days.

I bought an HP 24es 23.8-inch Display a few years ago. It was running fine at 60hz, but I found out a way to increase the frequency by setting a new clock speed through the Nvidia panel.

The monitor itself is stable at 75 and 79 hz. However, when working at this refresh rate, it gives "floating" inscription (I found a screenshot of a similar one on the Internet and attach it below).

My question is - how to remove it completely and use the monitor with a frequency of 75hz?
Below is a list of what I have already tried. When answering, please note that my goal is not to get 60hz back on the monitor, but to remove this label and use the monitor at a higher hertz.

1. I tried disabling all sleep mode options in the settings, this way I was able to remove the "Display going to sleep" inscription, but the monitor just stopped shutting down after 30 seconds. The inscription itself calmly "floats" around the screen all the time it is working on high hertz.

2. updated the drivers of the monitor at this link - [Personal Information Removed]

3. Tried to set monitor's basic resolution to 75 Hz via other programs.

However none of the ways above could help fully. The writing is still "floating" around the screen while working at 75hz and above. I would be glad if you could tell me how I can turn it off completely without losing hertz, thanks.
