Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a E14 G4 Portable Monitor that was working perfectly normally but out of nowhere it stopped receiving USB-C input. I have tried changing every setting, making sure my cable transfers data and using video-out supported USB ports but none of the solutions are working out and I wanted to know what else I can do.
