HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-d0000i IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

This is an All-In-One. The display was smashed accidentally by a child in the first week of ownership. The computer was subsequently shipped to a HP repair center and the screen replaced. Since the repair, the computer infrequently randomly displays the message: "Input signal not found. HDMI. Check video cable and video source. Display going to sleep." and then restarts. Since the Windows upgrade 22H2 it happens very often.

Obviously the internal video-motherboard connection was affected in the initial repair. Does it need to be returned for correction by the HP repair folks? (Since it is an all-in-one, these are connections to which I have no access.) Or is this possibly a software/firmware issue? Something else entirely?

Thanks!
