Hi, my monitor has stopped recognising anything that connects to it - can't get past the "input signal not found" message. I've tried with different cables and connectors, as well as with my wife's PC, but nothing seems to register. When we're supposed to be working from home it's pretty frustrating and hp support seems to send me in circles - assistance gratefully received!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Step 1: Checking power
- Step 2: Displaying a built-in on-screen message
- Step 3: Fixing a bad video connection
- Step 4: Testing the video connection
- Step 5: Connecting the monitor to a different computer. Click here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-value-27-inch-displays/3989902/model/16462325/document/c0129... to complete the troubleshooting steps.
