I recently purchased an H-P 32s Display (Product # 2UD96AA, [personal information removed per Rules Of Participation]). I comes with no instructions, other than graphics on plugging it in. There is a column of five unlabeled buttons on the rear of the display. I guessed, correctly, that the bottom one was power. Rather than try to guess other four, I searched the web for instructions for the display. I found nothing. I tried a chat with tech support: they had no answer. The tech support guy did initiate a case for the problem, and told me an expert would call the following day; notably I received no call from the expert. Two questions (1) does anyone know the functions these buttons perform, and (2) can someone tell me how to check on the status of the case (I received the case number in email)?
Thanks.

Thank you very much for your help! A little history: I chatted with support, and that person found no information; after a case was created, I received a call from a tech expert who was unable to find a doc but gave me a few instructions (which were not altogether correct).
Your discovery of this doc has restored my confidence in H-P! Keep up the good work!
