Apologies for the very late reply, I've been very busy these past few weeks. 

 

I do not see that setting in the Nvidia control panel.

Besides, I'm trying to run my PC from the integrated GPU in the CPU only, with the graphics card removed. The issue is the integrated graphics cannot output anything to my display. Nothing happens when I unplug the HDMI cable from the graphics card while the PC is on and plug it into the motherboard HDMI port. If I remove the graphics card and try to turn on the PC, it will not boot at all. I even made sure to enable the integrated graphics in the BIOS and double checked it's showing up in Windows Device Manager before doing all of this.
