In device management on the video card only the dedicated gforce nvidia video card appears, the integrated one does not appear why? I updated the bios to the latest version, I went to the bio but it doesn't give me any option to view video cards to activate or deactivate them. Why?

Glad to help.  Yes, it is not possible to have both active.  If you would like to experiment, you can remove the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti graphics card and the boot up the PC.  You should  then see what it is like, compared to the graphics card in place, and then also check in the Device Manager for the differences.

The integrated graphics is part of the CPU.  It is not a "card" but internal to the CPU process (Integrated Intel UHD Graphics).  With the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti graphics card in place, the Integrated Intel UHD Graphics are disabled, and they cannot be enabled with the discrete graphics card in place.(according to the motherboard description.)  Very few exceptions to that.  That is why.
