HP 24-f0066 All-in-One Desktop

Is it possible to hook up 2 additional monitors to my HP 24-f0066 All-in-One Desktop? I currently have one additional monitor  and now would like to add another. I am unsure how to go about hooking up all three, or if my desktop can even handle it. I tried to find my answer on my own but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Its specs

It only has 1 HDMI out port at its back. If you wish to connect to 2 external monitors, the cheapest way is use something like the following adapter

           dock thinkpad.png

I bought it on eBay for A$70 and it works for additional 2 FHD monitors.

Regards.
