HP Recommended
Product: HP Z27q G3

The approved/latest firmware update from HP for my Z27q G3 monitor will not run, asking me in an error message, "This  may not work with your system. Connect a USB cable from the monitor to your system and try again." I am an administrative (and "local" )account.

 

A "double-ended USB"?? weird...

 

When I look in the extracted file list after download there is not folder named for Win 11, but two for the two versions of Win 10. Then there is a "64x" folder. If it matters the GPU is a nVidia 4060. I own this monitor and have been using it in Win 11 Pro but it's not listed in "My Products)

 

Anyone have a suggestion?
