Hi

I cannot get the keyboard shortcut to work for the KVM functionality on the Z34c G3 Monitor. I have installed the latest firmware (1.2.20.0).

My setup is a laptop conencted via USB-C and a desktop computer connected via HDMI. I have a wired keyboard connected to the USB-A port on the back of the monitor and the USB-B port from the monitor is connected via the cable to a USB-A port on the desktop.

The manual says that to switch inputs I should press the left Ctrl key twice. However, nothing happens when I do this. I am able to use the OSD to manually change inputs.

My USB Host settings under the Input menu item in the OSD has:

Auto-Switch USB Host toggled ON

Bind USB host to a specific input selected with USB 1 (Type B) binding set to HDMI and USB 2 (Type-C) binding set to USB-C Video

Am I missing anything?

So i worked out that my setup was correct but the Corsair K55 PRO keyboard I was using seems have an issue sending the left Ctrl key. I tried a plain old wired keyboard and the KVM switch worked ok when i pressed left Ctrl twice.

I currently have it working using a wireless keyboard and mouse. The USB receiver has to be in the usb port that has the usb port symbol AND keyboard icon.20240828_172539-EDIT.jpg
