Product: pavillion 17-cd0526na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this new, I'm having some issues getting the keyboard lights to change. 

 

I can get it on using the f5 key, but not colour changing. I have seen people say its in the omen command center, but it does not show in there for me, no keyboard settings at all.

 

Any help?

OCC (Omen Command Center) software is for Omen machines (not all of them). Your machine is an HP Pavilion therefore no option to change color.

My laptop came saying it had a RGB backlit keyboard.

 

Any idea on where it would be?
