My wireless keyboard wasn't working. Put in new batteries. Still not working. Tried using on-screen keyboard to enter my password. It also is not working. All fixes are telling me to change things on my computer but I cant sign on.
I'd appreciate any help.
Thx

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
-
Turn off the computer.
-
Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.
-
Disconnect the AC power adapter.
-
Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
-
Reconnect the AC power adapter.
-
Turn on the computer.
If the blank screen issue is resolved, you are done.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
