If this is the wrong board then I didn't know. closest one i can find for this. since I had just registered today

So anyway, Christmas 2021, I got a used good condition HP LP2465 monitor. I like it a lot but I have an issue with the sharpness. its always greyed out no matter what. I tried reading the manual for it and it said to have it on a custom scaling that's not "one to one" and that didn't work.

Would appreciate the help, thanks.
