Hello,

 

I inherited 2 LP2480zx LCD Flat Panel Monitors with Adjustable Display Monitor Stand a few months ago.

I use my Mac Pro (late 2013) and Mac Mini M1, I KNOW! and at first, I've tried to adjust settings a little via OSD & Controls but didn't work, so I've tried to contact Support by putting the serial and product number but they're invalid?

 

How can I get support?

 

This is what I have,
